The plant is equipped with sophisticated instrumentation and control system having continuous data logging facility that monitors sensitivity of anaerobic digestion process.

Temperature control system outside digester tanks facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance of heat exchangers.

Axial agitation system is used for uniform mixing of the fermentation matter within the digester tank.

Two stage system reduces the short-circuiting of solids by separating stages and optimizing retention time in each stage.
