The Biowaste under consideration is shredded to the uniform size with shredding machine. This shredded biowaste is stored in the Input Storage tank. The input storage tank has facility of scaling to measure the weight of Biowaste being fed to the system.

The input feedstock is transferred to the Hydrolysis unit. The hydrolysis unit offers versatile use depending upon the degradability of the substrates. 

After hydrolysis hydrolysed material is transferred into an airtight digester. The external heat exchanger is also provided to facilitate better process control.

The process of anaerobic digestion takes place in the digester and biogas is generated. The generated biogas is transported to Gas Storage tank and can be purified in cleaning unit to generate biogas suitable to various applications such as vehicle grade fuel and fuel for gas engine or boilers.
