The Board of Directors of Transparent Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. have announced that Mr. B.G. Kulkarni - Director (Sales & Marketing) is being elevated to the position of Managing Director and CEO, of Transparent. Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. (TESPL) with effect from 1st March, 2009.

Mr. Ashok Atre, the present Chairman & Managing Director will continue to be the Executive Chairman of the Company.

Mr. Kulkarni, the new MD and CEO of TESPL started his career with TESPL as a young Engineer some 15 years ago and since then has worked in various positions in the organization which has greatly contributed in his gaining a comprehensive experience in all the facets of organizational functioning. Mr. Kulkarni inherits the culture and Business philosophies of the Transparent Group, which has made him a proud believer in value system of high standard and continued pursuit of technological  excellence. During his illustrious career with the Company, Mr. Kulkarni has contributed in developing and commercializing technology for Energy Efficient Boilers and Accessories. Heat Recovery Systems with specific application in different industries. Co-generation Systems and Energy Modeling offering customized solutions, to name a few.

Mr. Kulkarni is already recognized as an authority in first-of-its-kind-technology innovations in the areas of Cement Waste Heat Recovery Systems, Quintuple generation and such hi-tech energy efficiency solutions. He has also pioneered in introducing a B.O.O (Built Own and Operate) Business model in Glass Manufacturing Industry and has also introduced the market to the concept of secondary power generation in heavy metal manufacturing industry.

Elevation of Mr. B. G. Kulkarni to the position of Managing Director at a very young age is an outcome of the strong convictions and business vision of the promoters of Transparent Group in the area of succession planning.
