Entire plant is insulated as per the recommendations of ASHRE to minimize heat loss.

Specially designed cyclonic type mist eliminators reduce moisture carry over drastically along with vapour. Hence very high purity of condensate is achieved.

Steady operating conditions in calendria along with uniquely designed liquid distribution system minimizes scaling in falling film system due to dry running, local boiling, liquid channeling etc.

The plant is fully automatic and needs minimum running attention.

All contact parts are made of AISI 316 to avoid corrosion problems.
